To protect the security of personal information between the website and merchants, you must carefully read the "Terms and Conditions" of the platform. It is very important to fully understand the Terms and Conditions, especially the Terms of Service and any related restrictions, as well as any separate agreements related to each term and condition. You must accept or reject the responsibility accordingly.

Security and Compliance

Digitad uses the terms of service of Tether Limited and integrates blockchain technology (Tether ETH, BTC, TRC) to meet international compliance standards. Through blockchain decentralization, we ensure transparency, traceability and top security. Each user deposit is supported by a blockchain smart contract, and Digitad and merchants automatically pledge 50% of user funds as collateral. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to problems with the platform or the merchant, the smart contract will release these funds to compensate the user and ensure the safety of funds.


Reporting Misconduct

Digitad prohibits direct employees and outsourced personnel from performing maintenance work outside the platform. If you find any staff member engaging in such behavior, please report it by email with pictures and text. If the report is true and valid, you will receive a generous reward.


1. Product Maintenance
  • 1.1) Minimum balance based on employee level:
    • · Primary: 100 USDT
    • · Intermediate: 500 USDT
    • · Advanced: 1,500 USDT
    • · Instructor: 5,000 USDT
  • 1.2) Reset count is tied to minimum balance.
  • 1.3) You can withdraw or recharge after task completion.

2. Employee Level
  • 2.1) Level upgrades based on balance:
    • · Intermediate: 500 USDT+
    • · Advanced: 1,500 USDT+
    • · Instructor: 5,000 USDT+
  • 2.2) Complete maintenance before withdrawals.
  • 2.3) Abandoning tasks results in withdrawal loss.
  • 2.4) Withdrawals require a formal application.
  • 2.5) Credit score must be 100% for withdrawals.
  • 2.6) Funds are withdrawn in full by default.
  • 2.7) Withdrawal limits:
    • · Beginner: 70 - 1,000 USDT
    • · Intermediate: 500 - 5,000 USDT
    • · Advanced: 1,500 - 10,000 USDT
    • · Mentor: 5,000 - 50,000,000 USDT

3. Fund Management
  • 3.1) Funds are safe and withdrawable after task completion.
  • 3.2) Data processing is fully automated.
  • 3.3) The platform assumes full responsibility for losses.

4. Account Security
  • 4.1) Never share your password or code.
  • 4.2) Avoid using personal information as a password.

5. Order Rebate Instructions
  • 5.1) Standard and super order rebate system.
  • 5.2) Standard plan: 0.4% rebate for juniors.
  • 5.3) Super order: 2.4%+ rebate for juniors.
  • 5.4) Funds and earnings returned after tasks.
  • 5.5) Super orders assigned by balance.
  • 5.6) Super order tasks cannot be skipped.

6. Super Order
  • 6.1) 1–3 items per order, randomly assigned.
  • 6.2) Each gives 6x rebate of standard products.
  • 6.3) Funds returned after maintenance.
  • 6.4) Based on total account balance.
  • 6.5) Cannot cancel or skip.
  • 6.6) Random assignment across user levels.

7. Deposit
  • 7.1) Deposit based on financial capacity.
  • 7.2) Contact CS for merchant payment address.
  • 7.3) Confirm deposit details with CS.
  • 7.4) Platform not liable for wrong deposits.

8. Merchant Cooperation
  • 8.1) Timely maintenance avoids delays.
  • 8.2) Merchants provide deposit details.
  • 8.3) Delays affect merchant operations.
  • 8.4) Prepayments refunded after order.

9. Agent/User Responsibilities
  • 9.1) Complete tasks within 24 hours.
  • 9.2) Salary based on continuous work days.
  • 9.3) Know platform rules, maintain reputation.
  • 9.4) Inactivity may drop score, donate to WFP after 72 hrs.

10. Invitation
  • 10.1) Invite others using your code.
  • 10.2) You must own all products to refer.
  • 10.3) Referrer gets 20% rebate bonus.

11. Taxation
  • 11.1) Profit over 10,000 USDT is taxable.
  • 11.2) Tax paid in USDT, refunded within 2 hours.
  • 11.3) Blockchain audits for compliance.
  • 11.4) Taxes must be paid before trading or transferring.
  • 11.5) Strict compliance required for safe use.
