Agent/User Notice

1. Platform Operation Time

Product Maintenance Time: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

2. Gift Products

Clear Negative Balance: Agents/Users must clear negative balance before submitting gift package orders and continuing to maintain all products.

Random Assignment: All products are randomly assigned by the system. Agents/Users cannot request or refuse specific gift package products.

Balance Assignment: Products are assigned based on the agent/user's account balance, and there is no guarantee that there will be gift package products for each set of tasks.

Equal Opportunity: All agents/users, regardless of their level, have the same chance to receive gift packages during maintenance tasks.

3. Password

Different Passwords: Agent/User accounts must set different login and withdrawal passwords.

Password Reset: If you forget your password, please contact customer service to reset it. You will need to provide your username and registered mobile number, which must match your WhatsApp number to ensure the safety of your funds.
Account freeze: Entering the wrong login or withdrawal password three times will temporarily freeze your account.

4. Deposit/Withdrawal

Updated USDT address: Since the merchant's USDT address may change, please contact customer service to obtain the latest address before depositing.
Merchant wallet: Merchants receive a large amount of funds every day, and it is normal for the USDT address to change. Please request a new address from customer service.
Proof of transaction: After the transaction is completed, please provide a screenshot with TXID, otherwise the merchant cannot review your transaction because the transfer volume is too large.
Withdrawal requirements: Please complete the full set of maintenance tasks before applying for withdrawal. If the withdrawal amount exceeds the account level, please upgrade to the mentor level to avoid restrictions. Complete 55 tasks to withdraw all funds.
Withdrawal processing: After submitting the withdrawal application, customer service will notify the merchant to process a full refund within one hour. If payment is not received within one hour, please contact customer service immediately.

5. Agent/User Level

Determine the level: Your employee level depends on the amount deposited before starting each maintenance work.
Number of items per level:

- Junior employee: 40

- Intermediate employee: 45

- Senior employee: 50

- Mentor employee: 55

Return rate per level:

- Junior employee: 0.4%

- Intermediate employee: 0.6%

- Senior employee: 0.8%

- Mentor employee: 1%

Wage payment method:
The first salary is paid for 2 consecutive days of work, the second salary is paid for 4 consecutive days of work, the third salary is paid for 7 consecutive days of work, the fourth salary is paid for 15 consecutive days of work, and the fifth salary is paid for 30 consecutive days of work. If continuous work is not achieved in the middle, it will be calculated cumulatively from the first day of signing in.

6. Withdrawal limit

Maximum withdrawal amount for each level:

- Beginner level: 1,000 USDT

- Intermediate level: 5,000 USDT

- Advanced level: 10,000 USDT
- Mentor level: unlimited
